The Shure FP24 delivers audio quality without sacrificing flexibility. The FP24 features 2 transformer-balanced XLR mic inputs and XLR line outputs, providing quality signal while minimizing noise. Low-cut filters eliminate low frequency noise caused by rumble, hum, wind etc. In addition to the compact design, the FP24 is both AC or battery powered using standard AA alkaline batteri Each input channel features sealed rotary volume knobs and Left-Center-Right (L-C-R) switches. The L-C-R switches allow users to assign input either to the Left, Right or Center (stereo) output. In additoion to the XLR balanced XLR outputs, the mixer features a single 3.5mm (1/8 in) TRS output (dual output can be achieved using a TRS 3.5mm "Y" cable) and standard 1/4" TRS headphone output. Also provided are 2 internal peak limiters (1 for each input) that can be linked for dual operation or used separately on each input.


The Sound Devices 302 is a 2 channel, studio grade, microphone mixer designed for remote or field mixing in video, film, broadcast or professional recording applications. The compact and lightweight mixer boasts an impressive feature set starting with 2 transformer balanced XLR microphone inputs and stereo (L/R) XLR outputs. Separate stereo tape output and tape return input are provided, both feature 1/8" (3.5mm) mini stereo jacks.

The mixer supplies +15V and +48V phantom power and a 1/4" TRS Phone, headphone monitor output allows monitoring of main and tape return inputs. Both channels feature user switchable, two stage limiting for control over signal overload and distortion. Low-cut filter removes low frequency noise caused by wind and proximity effect. Also provided is an internal test tone oscillator and slate microphone for signal calibration. The MixPre is powered via 2-AA alkaline batteries or external DC power source.
